Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay, including all five bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, playroom, utility room, bathrooms and the private garden.

Access is via self check-in using a secure key lockbox. Full check-in instructions and the lockbox code will be sent 24 hours before arrival once check-in details have been completed.

The property includes private driveway parking for two vehicles.

We will call you before your arrival, where possible. On the day you check in, we’ll add you to a messaging group so it’s quick and easy for us to respond to any questions during your stay.

🧺 Professional Cleaning:
The house is professionally cleaned between stays, with fresh linen and towels provided for each guest. Please don’t wash the linen or towels yourself, as this can cause damage. Extra sets can be provided at a reasonable cost if required.

🚪 Self Check-In:
Self check-in is available via a secure key lockbox, allowing flexible arrivals after 4:00pm. Full check-in instructions will be sent before arrival.

💳 Security Deposit:
A £250 security deposit is held on your card via Stripe before check-in. This is a pre-authorisation only and no funds are taken unless damage, missing items, or breaches of house rules occur. The hold is automatically released after checkout once the property has been inspected.

🧺 Longer Stays:
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a professional clean and linen change will be carried out every two weeks (subject to an additional cleaning fee).

🚗 Parking:
Private parking is available for two vehicles on the driveway.
