Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay, including all three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and the private garden.
Access is via self check-in using a secure key lockbox, allowing flexible arrival after check-in time. Full check-in instructions and the lockbox code will be sent 24 hours before arrival once check-in details have been completed.
The property also includes private parking for two vehicles on the driveway, with additional on-street parking available nearby.
Interaction With Guests
Where possible, we will call you before your arrival to ensure everything is ready for your stay. On the day you check in, we’ll add you to a messaging group so it’s quick and easy to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

🧺 Professional Cleaning:
The property is professionally cleaned between stays, with fresh linen and towels provided for each guest. Please don’t wash the linen or towels yourself, as this can cause damage. Extra sets can be provided at a reasonable cost if required.
🚪 Self Check-In:
Self check-in is available via a secure key lockbox, allowing flexible arrivals after 4:00pm. Full check-in instructions will be sent before arrival.
💳 Security Deposit:
A £250 security deposit is held on your card via Stripe before check-in. This is a pre-authorisation only and no funds are taken unless damage, missing items, or breaches of house rules occur. The hold is automatically released after checkout once the property has been inspected.
🧺 Longer Stays:
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a professional clean and linen change will be carried out every two weeks (subject to an additional cleaning fee).
🚗 Parking:
Private parking is available for two vehicles on the driveway, with additional on-street parking nearby.
