Whether you’re an experienced landlord, or you’re just exploring your first investment, our sourcing service is designed to help you navigate the landscape with confidence, professionalism, and with our personal attention.

You’ll be working directly with us – Hamish Douglas and River Aja – as your dedicated sourcing partners. We’re locally based in Oxfordshire and deeply involved in the market, so we’ll be focused on helping you, our client, find quality properties aligned with your goals, risk appetite, and long-term vision.
