1. Booking and Payment
   Reservations can be made directly through our website or approved booking platforms. To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the balance due before check-in. Payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
   Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will forfeit the booking deposit. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Property Use and Occupancy
   Our accommodations are designed for leisure stays and corporate relocations, ideal for professionals, families, and large groups. Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit as stated in the property description. The use of the property for parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered number of guests is strictly prohibited.
5. Guest Responsibilities
   Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings. Any damage or excessive wear and tear caused by guests or their visitors will be the responsibility of the guest, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. Smoking is not allowed inside the properties, and we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 PM.
6. Amenities and Services
   All properties come equipped with modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, fresh linens, and toiletries. We strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please contact our team immediately so we can address them promptly.
7. Parking and Access
   Each property offers complimentary on-site parking for guests. Please ensure that vehicles are parked only in designated areas and do not obstruct neighboring properties. Access codes or keys will be provided prior to your arrival, and we ask that these be kept secure throughout your stay.
8. Liability
   Lilypad Stays is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings sustained by guests during their stay. We encourage guests to take appropriate precautions and secure their valuables.
9. Changes to Booking
   Should you wish to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
